Andrew McKirahan on baseball cards

Andrew McKirahan has pitched professionally since 2011. He made the major leagues with the Braves in 2015, going 1-0 with a 5.93 ERA. After missing 2016 due to Tommy John surgery, he pitched for four teams in the Reds organization this year, going 2-0 with a 3.78 ERA in 14 games. He kindly answered my questions about baseball cards.

"My grandfather was a huge collector and gave me thousands of cards as a kid that I still have. I am not an avid collector but I definitely have some pretty cool cards. My favorite ones are some gold plated Nolan Ryan Cards that he gave me when I was younger."
Thanks!
